Fay School is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain campus grounds, fields, and related facilities. The role reports to the Director of Facilities and is full-time with benefits.

The ideal candidate has turf management or landscaping experience and a strong customer-service orientation. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, operating a blower, keeping areas safe and clean, and maintaining grounds equipment.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in turf management, landscaping, or a related field.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid driver’s license.
• A Massachusetts Hoisting license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• The Groundskeeper will work independently and as part of the Facilities Department.
• Candidates must be willing to work extended shifts and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Mowing, trimming, and cutting campus grounds and fields.
• Operating a power blower on campus sidewalks and roadways.
• Keeping campus areas safe, clean, and well organized.
• Observing safety codes and maintaining equipment and vehicles.
• Setting up, breaking down, and maintaining athletic fields with required equipment.
