Job summary

Dow is seeking new graduate researchers for an Early Career Program in locations across North America, including Texas. You will develop technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with innovations in chemistry, engineering, and data science disciplines.

From day one you’ll troubleshoot, deploy new products, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals while collaborating with Dow teams and customers in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions and optimize processes that align with business goals.
