Dow Inc. seeks new graduate researchers for our Early Career Program in locations across North America, including Texas, Michigan, Pennsylvania.

As a BS/MS researcher, you will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with advances in your field to meet business and customer goals. You will have opportunities across R&D such as process research, technical service & development, pilot plant technology, and data science, with mentoring and a supportive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in STEM (Chemistry, Chem. Eng., Mech Eng., Materials, Polymer, CS, Data Science or related).
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Minimum GPA 3.00 in relevant programs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business goals.
• Optimize processes and applications aligned with customer needs.
• Assist in deployment of new products and technologies.
