Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a student and meet Federal Work Study eligibility requirements (verified via Financial Aid Office).
• Maintain satisfactory academic progress (SAP) throughout the duration of employment.
• Demonstrated interest in gaming, esports, or technology.
• Basic familiarity with gaming platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, PC) and common peripherals.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the Innovation Lab according to scheduled hours and security protocols.
• Monitor lab activity to enforce policies and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming lab environment and track checkouts/log usage.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting; escalate complex issues.
