Job summary

You must be a current GBC student, enrolled in at least 6 credits, and eligible for Work Study or RSP. Salary is $15.00 per hour for up to 19 hours weekly; posting remains open until filled.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Great Basin College student.
• Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the semester and maintain a 2.0 GPA.
• Must qualify for Work Study or RSP through Student Financial Services.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proctor exams while maintaining security and confidentiality of testing materials.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
• Assist students with basic computer usage and navigation.
• Answer phones and greet visitors.
• Accept forms and other documents; schedule advising appointments.
• Direct students and visitors to appropriate college departments and resources.
• Assist front office staff with daily operations; operate general office equipment.
