Great Basin College is seeking a Recruiter to serve as a single-point of contact for prospective students. The Recruiter will travel throughout Nevada, visiting colleges and high schools, coordinating campus tours, and guiding students through the admissions process to increase enrollment.

The position is based at the main GBC campus in Elko, NV, reporting to the Vice President for Student Affairs. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of related experience, excellent

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution with at least one year of related professional experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to engage diverse populations.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and organizational skills preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task, and work evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the single point of contact for traditional and non-traditional prospective students during admissions.
• Act as liaison between prospective students, parents, high schools, and community/industry groups.
• Develop a recruitment plan to reach enrollment targets within the service area.
• Participate in college events, career fairs, and presentations to promote GBC programs.
• Provide campus tours and outreach activities to prospective students and families.
• Maintain recruitment communications and CRM data; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with Student Financial Services for events and outreach.
• Support other student services areas to ensure applicants are aware of available resources.
