Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing is seeking a friendly Campus Support Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our campus, greet visitors, guide guests, and help students navigate the College so everything runs smoothly.

You’ll manage campus communications, coordinate mail, maintain supplies, and assist with registrations and documentation while ensuring compliance with privacy policies.

This on-site role offers growth in a dynamic culture focused on student success.

Responsibilities

• Be the Campus Ambassador: greet visitors and answer questions about the BSN program.
• Manage Campus Communications: handle calls, messages, and mail delivery.
• Keep Us Organized: maintain office supplies and assist with admin tasks.
• Support Students: schedule appointments and connect to resources.
• Ensure Compliance: adhere to HIPAA, FERPA and privacy policies.
• Proctor Exams: oversee admissions tests for a fair testing environment.
• Collaborate and Grow: work with a team to meet goals and develop skills.
