• Ability to supervise staff and maintain standards.

Responsabilités

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverage to company standards.
• Helps plan menus and supervise meal service.
• Responds to complaints in person or via email regarding food service.
• Trains and coordinates staff to promote efficient service.
• Determines work procedures, schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly reports including inventory and payroll.
• Handles cash deposits and related cash handling per policy.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
• Ensures sanitation and safety of facility and staff.
• Develops sanitation schedules and enforces cleanliness.
• Issues instructions and orients new staff; oversees training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
