Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor at Marquette University Annex. You’ll oversee daily food operations, coordinate staff, and help maintain a safe, high-quality dining environment.

The role involves collaboration with management and hands-on supervision of service employees across fast casual, cafes and events. The position offers full-time hours in the afternoon/evening shifts, a pay range of $21.00–$23.00 per hour, and a benefits package including PTO, medical and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related food service supervision experience.
• Experience supervising service staff preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site oversight to coordinate routine food operation activities under management direction.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all staff throughout the facility.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees to standard procedures.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service and resolve issues.
