Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Participates in preparation and service of food and beverages per company standards, HACCP and OSHA guidelines, and portion control.
• Cleans work area and equipment used in food preparation and service.
• Follows safety and sanitation procedures and delivers food to the main kitchen.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment for residents, staff and self.
• Cooperates with staff from other departments in performing duties.
• Contributes to the team and exhibits professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
