• Prior experience in a food service lead position is required.
• Hospitality and customer service experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure events are delivered, served and cleared on time.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under the Catering Director's supervision.
• May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered functions.
• Determines workload requirements from catering orders and coordinates with function group leaders.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a service‑oriented manner.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
