Compass Group USA is seeking a full-time Prep Cook at Bowling Green State University, 705 Ridge Street, Bowling Green, OH 43403. The position features a rotating work schedule including days and evenings, with weekends. At least 2 years of prep cook or cook experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
