Responsibilities

• Inspects work areas to ensure compliance with dietary regulations and directions.
• Develops and updates policies for handling supplies, sanitation, and record keeping.
• Determines quality and quantity of non-food supplies and ordering.
• Reviews records, menus, nutrient analyses and food cost.
• Plans and implements departmental goals and objectives.
• Demonstrates initiative and growth within the department.
• Reviews and interprets departmental policies and budgets.
