• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely; distributes supplies and utensils.
• Stores foods with proper dating and rotation; ensures food safety practices.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils; maintains cleanliness of service areas.
• Handles customer interactions and resolves complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Enters sales into POS system; processes payments and issues receipts.
