Qualifications

• Cooking experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow established recipes and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets per recipes and quantities.
• Tastes meals to ensure quality and food safety.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment after use.
• Stores, labels, and dates all food items according to policy.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
