Job summary

AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is seeking friendly, service-oriented students to join our team on campus at Anderson University in Anderson, SC. You will assist in the preparation of hot and cold foods, set up stations, and interact with guests in serving and dining areas.

This on-campus part-time position is ideal for current students with a strong work ethic and good communication. Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of hot and/or cold foods and store food properly.
• Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils.
• Interact with guests in serving, retail and dining areas.
• Follow guest service procedures: smile, eye contact, and greetings.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment per rules and procedures.
• Maintain fast pace and multitask during duties.
