Job summary

Compass Group USA on the University of Kentucky campus is hiring a Residential Food Service Worker (full time) to prepare, present and serve meals in a fast-paced dining operation. Location: University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY. Schedule is full-time with open availability Sun–Sat, 1:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food.
• Washes, peels, cuts and seeds fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays between stations and work areas.
• Stores food with proper dating and rotation.
• Ensures proper portion control and food safety standards.
