Qualifications

• Previous cook experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portions and temperatures while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records from the area worked.
• Keeps kitchens clean and organized; stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Maintains refrigerators and storerooms; ensures items are stored per standards.
• Reports maintenance issues or faulty equipment to supervisor immediately.
