Job summary

Adams and Associates, a federal contractor operating the Shriver Job Corps campus in Devens, MA, seeks a Food Service Worker to assist with meal preparation and service for students aged 16–24. You will help clean the kitchen, ensure supplies and equipment are ready, and maintain a safe, welcoming dining area.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and ServSafe certification (or availability to obtain within 90 days). Food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain ServSafe Food Handler certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in a food services operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and sanitizing of all food service areas.
• Ensure food, supplies, and equipment are available and stored properly.
• Provide superior customer service to students at all times.
• May supervise Work-Based Learning students assigned to the department.
