Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Food Service Worker at Shriver Job Corps in Devens, MA. You will assist in meal preparation and service, help with kitchen cleaning, and ensure supplies and equipment are ready when needed. A ServSafe certification and a high school diploma are required or soon after hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in a food services operation desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and serving of meals.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitizing of food service areas.
• Ensure food, supplies, and equipment are available and stored properly.
• May supervise Job Corps Work-Based Learning students.
• Provide superior customer service at all times.
• Maintain attendance and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure quality services meet student needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
