Qualifications

• 1 year in casual or fine dining restaurants, Athletics or Catering experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food.
• Performs prep work: washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits/vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Transports food safely between stations.
• Stores food with proper wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment.
• Adheres to recipes and portion controls.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and resolves concerns.
