Red Bull is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist who will partner with the Field Marketing Manager to bring the World of Red Bull to life in local markets and campuses. You’ll lead a field team of Student Marketeers, craft local initiatives across Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture and Communications, and drive on- and off-premise activation in alignment with global strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years marketing experience.
• Experience in leading teams and managing people.
• A strategic thinker who takes initiative and ownership and "makes things happen".
• A ‘connector’ who has excellent communication and networking skills, who can open doors and excite people of an idea.
• Strong ‘can do’ attitude, strives for perfection and love for the detail in every project.
• Leadership, motivation and ability to cultivate a team environment.
• Analytical, planning, budgetary and project management competencies.
• Creative mind with a track record of putting new ideas into practice and assessing results.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting and training abilities.
• Must have valid US driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Consumer Collecting Program management: set goals with CCM and FMM to drive trials in market and on campus.
• Plan and deliver trial driving plans with Student Marketeers to expand the consumer base.
• Support distribution, visibility, and trade excitement in and around university.
• Coach and empower team members to generate fresh mission ideas and growth opportunities.
• Manage sampling requests and ensure alignment with wider priorities.
