Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a part-time Student Marketeer Team Lead to assist the Field Marketing Specialist and Student Marketeer in executing campus activations and product sampling.

You will mentor peers, manage scheduling, and contribute to on-campus campaigns. The role requires current university enrollment, willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a passion for the Red Bull brand.

Qualifications

• Must be currently assigned the Student Marketeer – Generalist role with at least 6 months of experience as a Student Marketeer
• University/college enrollment requirement

Responsibilities

• Support FMS and SM efforts in market, planning, and on-campus execution
• Provide in-field coaching to fellow Student Marketeers to drive product trial
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of Student Marketeers
• Support scheduling, planning, and feedback for campus activities
• Coordinate sampling, seeding inventory and fleet maintenance with local processes
