Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Student Marketeer to drive brand visibility on campus and in the region. You will learn the target group, engage students, and excite university communities through events, sampling, and creative activations.

Reporting to the Field Marketing Specialist, you will build a campus plan, grow the user base, and collaborate with sales to expand distribution while delivering memorable brand experiences and authentic social content.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• University or college enrollment required.
• Must be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends (min 15 hours/week).
• Immersed in student life with understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city.
• Travel 0-10%.

Responsibilities

• BE A BRAND & PRODUCT AMBASSADOR: Live and represent Red Bull with premium brand interactions, building a strong campus presence.
• Build and execute a tailored campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life at your university.
• Create a network on campus and maintain relationships with key local individuals.
• Identify local content creators and collaborate with the Field Marketing Specialist.
• Grow the user base by inviting product sampling and answering consumer questions.
• Participate in Red Bull events and activations to deliver memorable brand experiences.
• Increase engagement on social media with authentic content.
• BE A SALES EXPERT: Build relationships with sales accounts to ensure availability and visibility on campus and beyond.
• Collaborate to open new distribution points within the campus and region.
• Leverage Red Bull assets to stay top of mind in sales accounts and ensure store standards are met.
• EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE: Deliver quality execution and meticulous attention to detail.
• Share ideas and coordinate with the team via in-person and online interactions.
• Plan and report activities in the online platform timely and accurately.
• Provide local insights, trends, and opportunities for business development.
