Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support regional growth by leading Student Marketeers and executing campus and market initiatives. You will partner with the Field Marketing Manager to drive trials, build local partnerships, and deliver on brand strategies.

The role emphasizes team leadership, rapid execution, and strong communication to bring the World of Red Bull to life across universities and communities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years marketing experience.
• Experience in leading teams and managing people.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set goals with the Consumer Collecting Manager and FMM to drive regional trial initiatives.
• Plan and deliver on campus and in-market trial plans with Student Marketeers.
• Drive distribution, in-store visibility, and trade excitement in the market.
• Coordinate university events and local marketing initiatives.
• Coach and empower Student Marketeers and lead the Team Leader program.
