Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance systems and repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on campus buildings and equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair doors, windows, locks, ceilings, floors, walls, and fixtures.
• Perform locksmith duties; training provided as needed.
• Assist with plumbing issues, including leaks and clogged drains.
• Assist with basic electrical repairs such as outlets and lighting.
