Job summary

Lancaster Bible College seeks a facilities technician to support the facilities manager in sustaining campus operations, performing general maintenance, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and related tasks to ensure safe, functional buildings.

Supervise and delegate tasks to student workers across maintenance areas.
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities.
Inspect tasks and ensure quality workmanship.
Maintain building inventory.
Coordinate with contractors on projects.
Read work orders and follow written instructions.
Document actions taken and recommendations for the manager.
