You will work with campus leadership to manage preventive maintenance, security, and daily operations while ensuring a safe, clean environment for students and staff. The role requires hands-on experience with common tools and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with facility maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to use a helpdesk tracking system.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities issues with campus leadership and respond to emergencies.
• Track and resolve facilities matters using the helpdesk system.
• Develop and implement SOPs for maintenance and cleaning standards.
• Create facility schedules for all department staff.
• Conduct periodic safety and security inspections.
• Maintain inventory and order janitorial supplies.
