Qualifications

• Special Qualifications: Communicate orally with co-workers, customers, clients, or the public in a face-to-face, one-to-one setting or using a telephone.
• Physical/Mental Demands & Work Environment: Stand for long periods; lift 25–50 pounds.
• Degree of Supervision: Minimal.

Responsibilities

• Performs all cleaning for interior and exterior of campus.
• Maintain proper inventory of custodial supplies; notify supervisor for weekly orders.
• Responds to emergency cleaning requests, as required.
• Assemble and/or repair items as needed.
• Use tools ranging from common hand tools to cleaning equipment.
• Replace light bulbs and supplies, as needed.
• Paint and repair walls, doors, frames, etc.
• Perform additional custodial duties as directed.
