Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with federal property management or warehouse operations preferred.
• Electrician, HVAC, or Plumbing license preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management, inventory control, and facility maintenance.
• Manage government property lifecycle including receiving, tracking, and disposal.
• Maintain accountability for center property and enforce loss-control procedures.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and staff development; supervise Work-Based Learning students.
