Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred.
• Broad knowledge of building maintenance trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Previous experience in custodial, maintenance, or facilities management preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Develop and manage a preventative maintenance program.
• Perform general repairs such as equipment, carpentry, roofing, insulation, and masonry.
• Monitor and maintain interior and exterior building conditions, including cleanliness and structural integrity.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Oversee interior/exterior building work for contracted services Grounds & Equipment Management.
• Manage groundskeeping, landscaping, and seasonal upkeep contracts.
• Operate and maintain facility‑related machinery and tools.
• Coordinate materials handling, supply movement, and event setups as needed Safety & Compliance.
• Ensure all facilities meet federal, state, and local safety codes and regulations.
• Implement and enforce OSHA/PERRP safety standards and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
• Oversee work of vendors and contractors performing facility‑related services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and complete required reports and logs.
