Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily campus facilities operations including maintenance, custodial, grounds, and contracted services.
• Lead in the Director's absence and support after-hours emergencies.
• Oversee special projects from planning through closeout and budget tracking.
• Coordinate schedules, site activities, contractors, and stakeholder communications.
• Supervise technicians, service staff, vendors, and contractors across disciplines.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders, PMs, and emergency repairs.
• Conduct regular campus inspections for safety, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Monitor vendor performance against quality, schedule, safety, and cost targets.
• Communicate operational needs and project status to university leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist with budgets, labor planning, purchasing, and vendor contracts.
