Job summary

Thompson Hospitality Corp. is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager at Lincoln University to coordinate campus operations, oversee projects, and manage vendor performance.

You will serve as the Director’s operational lead, assist during emergencies, and ensure high service delivery across buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include supervising staff and contractors, managing maintenance schedules and budgets, and promoting safety and compliance with campus policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive facilities management or operations experience, preferably in higher education.
• 3+ years in supervisory or management roles leading staff, vendors, or contractors.
• Experience coordinating budgets, costs, procurement, and vendor contracts.
• Familiarity with CMMS, work orders, and facilities reporting; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily campus operations, maintenance, custodial, grounds, fleet, and contracted services.
• Lead operational efforts in the Director's absence and support after-hours responses.
• Manage special projects from planning through closeout, including renovations and repairs.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, site activities, and vendor performance.
• Supervise technicians, service staff, vendors, and contractors across disciplines.
• Ensure timely work orders, preventive maintenance, and critical campus priorities.
