Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Alternatively, two years of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to prepare routine reports and communicate effectively with employees, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency with common computer applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, databases, internet-based software, and inventory management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing building maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and groundskeeping operations.
• Managing facility projects, renovations, construction, and equipment installations.
• Monitoring building systems, including HVAC and lighting, and identifying opportunities for energy savings and waste reduction.
• Coordinating space planning, facility layouts, and building improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable safety, sanitation, security, and environmental regulations.
