Job summary

NewSpring Church is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager to oversee physical operations across statewide campuses. Based in the Support team, this role blends hands-on maintenance with administrative leadership to keep campuses clean, functional, and safe.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, negotiating contractor contracts, traveling to campuses, training staff, and coordinating with the Campus Pastor on maintenance plans and issues.

Qualifications

• 40 hours per week commitment.
• High school diploma required.
• Willing to travel to campuses across the state.
• Schedule flexibility as needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities across statewide campuses, ensuring clean, functional, and safe environments.
• Travel to campuses across the state for maintenance tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests within 48 hours.
• Manage budgets for campuses within oversight.
• Negotiate contractor contracts and liaison with contractors.
• Train campus staff on facility improvements and best practices.
• Communicate with Campus Pastor about maintenance plans and issues.
• Support staff and perform additional tasks as needed.
