Job summary

Christ Fellowship Campus Coordinator oversees administrative and ministerial coordination for the campus. You are outgoing, highly organized, and passionate about checklists. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Campus Pastor and may include weekend and some night work.

Responsibilities include leading volunteer teams, managing event logistics, budgeting, and keeping our campus spaces welcoming and well-organized.

• Eye for details with ability to see the big picture and drive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Multiply volunteer teams by building relationships with team leaders.
• Support service, operations, and hospitality teams with resources and training.
• Manage monthly departmental expenses and event logistics for campus events.
• Maintain campus environments and coordinate with the Campus Pastor.
