Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting the Director, coordinating with contractors, overseeing after-hours access, and documenting events and reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of apartment/institutional maintenance experience.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Trade certifications preferred.
• Able to read schematics and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Repair/replace lights, switches, receptacles, windows, doors, and other building components.
• Assist with HVAC and restaurant equipment maintenance.
• Provide reports of events during and after shifts.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and supervisors.
• Provide after-hours access and prioritize emergencies.
