Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Carry out general building repairs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and related tasks.
• Assist in estimating time and materials for renewals and renovations.
• Conduct daily inspections to maintain areas per safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with supervisors and vendors for projects.
