Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform routine upkeep, manage work orders, assist with events, and ensure HVAC and building systems operate reliably.

Qualifications

• General maintenance knowledge and safety compliance.
• Ability to perform repairs and routine servicing of campus facilities.
• Experience with work orders and maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties for all buildings.
• Maintain campus grounds.
• Work cooperatively with team members.
• Complete maintenance work orders promptly.
• Place orders and track parts using the purchase order process.
• Set up for events in assigned buildings.
• Maintain heating, cooling, and safe operation of facilities.
• Open and secure buildings daily as assigned.
• Manage keys and records for assigned buildings.
• Assist others with routine duties.
• Follow the established preventative maintenance plan for campus buildings and equipment.
• Follow routine service for college fleet vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with local fire, safety, elevator inspections.
• Occasionally work outside normal hours for events; lift up to 100 lbs.
