Qualifications

• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, controls, coordinates and evaluates the work of employees and contract personnel for maintenance, repair and remodeling of campuses and facilities.
• Develops, implements and monitors work plans to achieve goals and budgets; approves material purchases and monitors work activities.
