Job summary

Athey Creek Church is seeking a Campus Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facility operations across all campuses. You will manage, schedule, and complete projects, coordinate contractors and volunteers, and safeguard assets through proactive planning.

You will lead teams, coach staff, and ensure timely delivery of work, collaborating with ACC staff on cross‑department initiatives, and maintaining inventory and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly staff meetings and special events as needed
• Oversee day-to-day facility management operations
• Keep supplies organized and maintain inventory
• Plan, organize, manage, and execute projects from start to finish
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and quality
• Supervise contractors and volunteers as required
• Promote employee excellence through coaching and continued education
• Publish weekly work schedules and assign administrative tasks
• Define project scope and allocate resources for efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project outcomes
• Coordinate internal requests for event support
• Transport maintenance materials as needed
• Regularly inspect church properties for concerns
• Work with ACC staff across departments to edify the team
• Perform all other duties as assigned
