Northeast College of Health Sciences is seeking a General Facilities Associate to support campus grounds, building maintenance, and events. The role includes seasonal duties, snow removal, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities cover grounds care, building repairs, event support, and equipment upkeep. The position requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Formación

• Dependable and able to support seasonal operations, college events, emergencies, and inclement weather.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as operational needs require.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general grounds maintenance in all seasons, including lawn and landscape care and snow/ice removal.
• Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance as assigned.
• Provide general support for College events and activities.
• Assist with upkeep of Facilities equipment, vehicles, tools, and building systems.
• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE; report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain assigned work areas and Facilities resources in a clean, safe condition.
• Respond to changing priorities and communicate needs to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
