Job summary

The Tennessee Board of Regents-affiliated Tennessee College of Applied Technology Henry/Carroll is seeking a Facilities Support Associate to maintain campus buildings and grounds, ensuring a safe, clean environment for students and staff. This full-time position offers holidays and benefits.

Responsibilities include cleaning, grounds upkeep, stocking supplies, and traveling between locations under supervision of the Facilities Coordinator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of janitorial/custodial and/or grounds-keeping experience.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and general upkeep of the buildings.
• Daily removal of inside/outside trash from all buildings, lawns, and parking lots.
• Clean counters, sinks, floors, tables, drinking fountains, and chairs in breakroom areas.
• Vacuum classrooms, lobbies and offices; dust mop/wet mop halls; clean restrooms daily.
