Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills including email and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Backup to Contracts and Event Setup Manager.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of campus events.
• Move furniture, equipment and materials safely.
• Carry and transport facilities-related equipment or supplies.
• Install temporary signage across campus.
• Perform custodial and housekeeping duties and maintain areas.
• Assist with basic building and equipment maintenance.
• Request, load, unload, stock and organize supplies.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Operate department vehicles as needed.
