Job summary

Moody Bible Institute is seeking a Facilities and Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance and operation of campus infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient environments that support education, ministry, and student life.

The role directs Engineering Services, oversees preventive maintenance, building automation, HVAC, electrical, and life-safety systems, and guides capital planning to advance Moody's mission and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Con
• Experience leading Engineering Services teams
• Experience in facilities operations and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of CMMS

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Engineering Services staff.
• Direct and support operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of campus infrastructure systems.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-range maintenance and capital improvement plans.
• Serve as a technical resource for facilities systems and projects.
• Ensure compliance with city, state, and federal building regulations and safety standards.
