Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee event setups and teardowns via the Facilities work order system.
• Partner with Event Management, organizers, and service providers to execute events on schedule.
• Schedule and supervise student employees responsible for event logistics and room setups.
• Provide support to custodial teams and maintain event equipment inventory.
