Bluegrass Community & Technical College is seeking a Facilities Worker II (Custodial) to perform daily campus cleaning in collaboration with the facilities management team. The role ensures clean and sanitary facilities for students, staff, and the public.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with at least one year of related cleaning experience or an equivalent combination. It is a full-time, on-site role with standard hours and a 12-month contract term.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year related experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, classrooms, eating areas, offices, and meeting rooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Dust furniture and clean windows.
• Dispose of trash according to regulations.
• Buff and strip/wax floors as required.
• Assist facilities management team leader and director with assignments.
