Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain interior appearance of buildings, floors, carpets, furniture, walls, bathrooms, kitchens and more.
• Clean and maintain exterior appearance including removing leaves and debris, gutters, snow and ice, and graffiti.
• Operate machinery such as walk-behind and riding scrubbers and burnishers; use hand and power tools.
• Relocate offices and classrooms by moving furniture with hand trucks and dollies.
• Assist in setup/teardown of equipment for events.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks like collecting trash and replenishing supplies.
• Attend periodic safety trainings and stay current with requirements.
