Job summary

UEI College in Stockton, CA is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our campus team. You will provide customer service to students, prospective clients, and campus visitors, helping to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

This full-time role offers an hourly pay rate of $19.00–$22.00 and a benefits package. You will perform reception duties, manage messages, answer calls, maintain calendars, handle mail and faxes, and support various clerical tasks to keep the campus running

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
• Positive attitude at all times.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to multitask.
• Effective communication skills.
• English will be the primary language used; bilingual abilities useful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome on-site visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel.
• Retrieve messages and forward to appropriate personnel.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and route to the correct department.
• Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail when appropriate.
• Provide general information about the organization, directions, and contact details.
• Monitor visitor access and issue passes when required.
• Update appointment calendars.
• Receive, sort, and route mail and publications.
• Maintain fax machines and manage faxes.
• Take payments for services and products.
• Create and print memos, reports, and documents as needed.
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
