Job summary

UEI College is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator at our Stockton campus to assist students, prospective clients, and visitors. You will welcome guests, answer calls, forward messages, update calendars, route mail, and perform light clerical duties in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask. English is the primary language; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Welcome on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Answer and route incoming calls and messages.
• Maintain calendars, mail, and document routing.
• Take payments for services and products.
• Assist with general clerical duties as needed.
